Your tasks

We are strengthening our Project Management Office (PMO), in charge of innovation project- and portfolio management. The Senior Project Manager will join the team of Project Managers reporting to the Head of PMO and will be based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands (hybrid work possible). You will be accountable to manage and deliver innovation projects.

More specifically, you will be accountable of

• on-time, in-full, on-budget delivery of assigned innovation projects
• project strategy, planning and budgeting, in synchronization with teams and stakeholders
• anticipating opportunities, challenges and (unexpected) project developments
• managing and delivering the assigned projects according PMO guidelines
• engaging and mobilizing internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timely, sharp and effective project reporting and communication

Experience, knowledge and qualifications will help to position yourself as the right candidate.

We see as advantageous if you are provided with

• Master or PhD, preferably with technical Engineering background
• At least 3 years of experience in product development and in project management, with demonstrated track record of delivery
• Good command of main project management methodologies and processes
• Good command of common innovation processes and concepts (job-to-be-done, hybrid gate processes)

The qualification as Senior Project Manager will be determined by the actual experience and development level.
