The Role
We are looking for a People & Culture intern who is passionate about people, hands-on and willing to learn.
The role of the People & Culture Intern is support and collaborate in many different areas of the People function. Topics are f.e. ensuring an attractive a workplace and high performing organization. You will support the P&C Manager and P&C business partner with on daily operational processes. We continue to professionalize the P&C department, so your ideas and initiatives are very welcome.
You will be reporting to the People & Culture Manager of Sonion Netherlands, and you will be based in our office in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. About 100 people work in our office in Hoofddorp. The P&C team consists of the P&C business partner, the intern the P&C Manager. We have an external Payroll administrator and Event manager that are part of the team as well.
Responsibilities
You will work in a small team and therefore will be involved and get a good overview of all tasks in a P&C department. You will be involved in a diverse range of P&C projects and daily operations.
Examples of topics you will be involved in are; employer branding; learning & development; all processes related to the employee lifecycle; recruitment of interns, and onboarding of new employees.
Your Profile
You are currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master within HRM/Business Administration or related
- Available for at least 5 months for 3 -5 days/week
- Affinity with the topics as mentioned above
- Good communication skills
- Analytic and detail-oriented
- Organizing and coordination skills
- Self starter / independent
- English language skills are a must; Dutch language skills are preferred.
